- I am aware that I should fill out the whole application in English.
- I will provide at least one supporting document, otherwise the application may not be considered.
- I agree that the information of my organization providing to the host will be used in non-commercial condition for the award.
- I (or a representative of my organization)will attend the final pitch competition on April 22th if I was selected as a finalist.
